Course Duration       3 hours

The HSE strongly recommends that students attend a refresher session once every year during this three year period.This course is for people holding a current First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.The yearly update course provides students with an opportunity to practice and update their skills at any time during their three yearly period as a qualified first aider. Sessions build on your expertise and confidence by involving you in realistic situations with simulated casualties. Candidates will practise First Aid in practical, hands-on scenario sessions.
